Dreaming of water or a flood
Depends on the detailsIn the West water usually reflects your emotions: calm water is peace, rough water or a flood is feeling overwhelmed.
Korean dream reading cares most about how clean the water is. Clear, flowing water is good luck and wealth. Muddy or dirty water is trouble or illness. A flood of clear water filling your house is even read as a flood of money.

The Korean story behind water dreams
Rice paddies need water at the right time and in the right amount, so clean water meant a good harvest in farming Korea. The traditional practice of pungsu (풍수), Korea's version of feng shui, also holds that water gathers and keeps wealth, which is why a home or grave with water in front was prized. Water carried spiritual weight too. Mothers once rose before dawn to set out a bowl of fresh well water, called jeonghwasu (정화수), and prayed over it for their children. With water so tied to both money and purity, its condition in a dream became the main clue.
Water dream: what people do next
After a clear-water dream, some people buy a lottery ticket or take it as a sign to begin something fresh. A muddy-water dream tends to make dreamers slow down, stay out of gossip and get some extra rest. If you feel unwell, it is simply a good time to take care of yourself and see a doctor if needed.
