Privacy policy

Effective October 12, 2026

This policy covers the English pages of Ourunse (ourunse.com/en), operated by 아워올 (Ourall) in Seoul, Korea. The Korean pages of the site, including paid readings, are covered by our Korean privacy policy.

Your birthday stays in your browser

When you use the birthday finder or the birth chart calculator, your birth date, birth time, birthplace, gender and (optional) name are processed only in your own browser. The calculators keep them in your browser's session storage so the result page can read them, and they are cleared when you close the tab. If you choose “Remember me on this device” on the daily fortune page, your birth details are saved in this browser's local storage so the page is ready next time. They still never leave your device, and you can remove them anytime with “Forget my details” or by clearing your browser's site data. It is not sent to our servers and we do not store it. You do not need an account to use the English pages.

What we collect automatically

• Pages you visit, approximate location (country or region), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
• These come from Google Analytics, which uses cookies to tell visits apart. We use them to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site working well.
• Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and reliability.

Advertising

We may show ads from Google AdSense to keep the site free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, and opt out of other vendors' cookies at www.aboutads.info. We never send your birthday or other reading details to advertisers.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• You can stop Google Analytics from collecting your visits with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the ad cookies described above.

Service providers

• Vercel Inc.: website hosting (United States and other regions)
• Google LLC: visit statistics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google AdSense) (United States)

Because these providers operate outside Korea and your country, information they collect may be processed in other countries.

Children

Ourunse is meant for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Contact and requests

To ask a question, or to ask us to access or delete information about you, email help.ourunse@gmail.com. We reply within three business days (Korea time). Privacy officer: 박상현.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
